The Schwabergerhütte offers a magnificent panoramic view and is located on the hiking route to the Kreuzkogel!
The Schwabergerhütte is situated at 1,511 m in a quiet location. Large areas of alpine bushes and small mountain lakes surrounded by mountain pine fields and watercourses invite you to linger.
In the old tradition, Ennstaler Bröselkäse, butter, Steirerkäse and Kasknödl are produced at the hut. Natural beverages include buttermilk, whey and the legendary Almkaffee. In addition, there is home-made bacon, sausages and roasts as well as homemade pastries. A delight!
There are 6 rooms available for long-distance hikers.
